Pauline R. Reimer
Ms. Reimer has over 25 years of experience in wills, trusts,
probates, will contests, trust administration, trust disputes,
conservatorships, probate avoidance, elder law, life insurance claims, family
law matters, domestic partnerships, insurance claims and personal injury
claims. She has extensive experience in all phases of civil, probate and family
law litigation from initial evaluation and investigation of the case through
preparation, negotiation and resolution of the case by mediation, arbitration,
settlement and trial. Ms. Reimer has handled hundreds upon hundreds of varied
cases since 1979 in the areas of civil, probate, trust and family law.
Ms. Reimer graduated with honors in 1976 from the University
of California at Berkeley with a major in English. In 1979, she received a
Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. She is
a member of the State Bar of California, the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate
Law Section of the State Bar, and the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
Janice L. Earle
Ms. Earle has over 25 years of experience in all phases of
civil litigation, from evaluation and investigation of claims through
preparation, negotiation and trial of civil cases. Ms. Earle has handled a wide
variety of complex litigation matters including estate and trust litigation,
business and employment litigation, sexual harassment and personal injury
cases. In addition to her extensive experience at the trial court level, she
has also handled a number of appeals in the California appellate courts as well
as in the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Earle has been hired by prominent
local firms to handle complex litigation matters in the trial courts and on
appeal. Ms. Earle has been recognized by the State Bar of California for
outstanding contributions of legal services to low-income Californians.
Ms. Earle graduated with highest honors and with distinction
in general scholarship in 1976 from the University of California at Berkeley
with a Major in English. In 1979, she received a Juris Doctor degree from the
University of San Francisco School of Law. She is a member of the State Bar of
California, the Law Office Management Section of the State Bar, and the Santa
Clara County Bar Association.
Our firm's practice is to charge a
reasonable hourly rate for the hours that we spend on the case which, in most
cases, is less than the statutory fee.
